Deposit
Refunds
1. If the pup you have ordered
from a mating is not available then your deposit will be
refunded in full.
2. Please note that the
deposit is
non-refundable if you just change your mind. You can
transfer your deposit from litter
to litter and we encourage that if the exact puppy is not
available in a litter.
3. If you change your mind and
prefer to buy an adult and the right one is available you can
transfer your deposit that way as
well.
4. You can also postpone your
purchase or even transfer your deposit it to a friend or
relative.
5. Deposit to hold a pup is $200, of which none is
refundable if you pull out of this agreement.
Full
Purchase Price Refunds
1. If the first vet check after
delivery of the puppy shows the animal to be other than
healthy, it will be returned to
the breeder at the buyers expense and the purchase price
refunded. Deadline for this is
72hr from the date on this contract and a written explanation
of the ailment provided from the
vet.
2. If the puppy develops any breed
disqualifications or hereditary conditions AFTER
DELIVERY, which seriously impacts
on the well-being of a pet or render a show/breeding
prospect unfit for show/breeding,
a FULL REFUND of the deposit/purchase price will be
given OR a replacement puppy from
the next available litter IF the condition is diagnosed
on or before the age of 2 1/2
years (30 mths).
The condition must be declared and
verified in writing by a licensed veterinarian and at the
breeders discretion verified by
another ACD breeder of choice to agree that there is indeed a
disqualification from the AKC
standard. With regard to Hip/elbow dysplasia, other
environmental factors out of the
breeders control may influence this condition (diet, living
environment, excessive exercise
etc), if these factors are involved this guarantee is null and
void.
The dog/bitch must be spayed or
neutered after diagnosis of disqualification or hereditary
condition with buyer to pay
expenses. After all requirements are satisfied a refund or
replacement puppy will be given.
Puppy
Health
All puppies sold by the Breeder
are guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale and
delivery and will embody the
characteristics of the ACD breed.
a) The puppy WILL be DNA PRA tested
and a certificate to indicate pattern will be supplied.
b) The puppy WILL NOT be DNA PRA tested.
The puppy has full hearing. A copy
of the puppies BAER test done at 6 wks of age to show
full hearing will be issued with
the puppy upon transportation.
The puppy at the time of delivery
to the buyer has the correct scizzor bite and a full set of
milk (baby) teeth.
All appropriate shots for the
puppy’s age will be given and a record of this vaccination
history supplied. The pup will
also be microchipped.
The pup will be sold with a Health
Card showing all worming, heartworming, and Advantix
dates of treatment and upcoming
treatments for ONE YEAR.
The Buyer agrees to maintain the
puppy’s health in good condition and to provide yearly
examinations, vaccinations,
regular all worming, heartworm (if required in your country) and
any other normal procedures
necessary to assure good health.
The Puppy will be sold with free
Puppy Insurance with PETPLAN for a period of six weeks
from date he/she turns 8wks of age.
Parental
Health
The parents of this puppy
have been x-rayed and scored for Hip/Elbow Dysplasia, BAER
tested to ensure full hearing and
PRA DNA tested to ensure they are not affected dogs.
Copies of these tests and the
results for both parents are available on request.
Miscellaneous
The Breeder assumes no
responsibility for the pups success in the Buyers chosen sport
(show, agility, obedience,
herding, etc.).
The Breeder assumes no liability
for injury to the said puppy during transit or after delivery
although all care will be taken with a professional animal transport service to ensure a safe
arrival.
The Breeder has done everything
possible to produce healthy sound puppies. The pups are
raised in the best manner possible
in regards to accommodation, diet, exercise, socialisation
and veterinary care.
The buyer agrees to notify the
breeder at any stage if the address of the buyer and pup
changes during the pups lifetime.
The buyer agrees to keep the breeder informed of the pups
growth and progress, sending
photos at regular intervals for the breeders website. This
allows the breeder to analyse what
they are producing and plan future breedings.
The buyer agrees to send copies of
any health tests undertaken in the future to the breeder.
(eg. Hip/elbow scores)
The registration papers for this
puppy will be forwarded to the new owner as soon as
possible after collection of the
pup, full payment has been finalised and the associated litter
paperwork is
completed. This usually means a minimum of two weeks after he/she
turns 8wks and all pups in the litter
have been sold and paid for in full. This will not exceed one month.
The Breeder neither makes or
implies any warranties or guarantees, other than those written
in the agreement. This document
constitutes the entire agreement between the breeder and
buyer with respect to the sale.
The buyers signature on the first page of this agreement
indicates that he/she has read,
agrees and does understand all the conditions of sale.
